Jay “C” Paul is engaged in the general practice of law and has a wide-variety of legal experience obtained in small firms, solo practice and serving for 12 years as the elected prosecutor in Prince George County, Virginia. During his 20 years of practicing law, Mr. Paul has served a diverse client base giving him the experience and qualifications to handle legal matters in a variety of areas.
TRIAL EXPERIENCE:
Many legal matters can be resolved without having to go to court for trial. However, some matters cannot be resolved by negotiation. In these cases, I am ready, willing and able to take your case to trial to obtain the best outcome for you.
